Some advice: Always start with a goal that you are almost certain to achieve. Progress only after you feel comfortable with the challenge and after you have built up some momentum. This will help you to stay aligned with your goal more easily so that you will more likely follow through over the long-term. In the end, you will have accomplished your goal! This is much smarter than starting out too big, becoming overwhelmed almost immediately and giving up on your goal after just a short time. Goalify helps you to follow through and will adjust to best meet your needs.
