Request to delete your Goalify account

We understand that you may want to delete your account, and we respect that decision. To delete your account, simply open the Goalify app and sign in with the account you want to delete. In the main menu, select ACCOUNT, then tap the red DELETE ACCOUNT option on the account page. Just follow the instructions, and you’re all set.

If you run into any issues while deleting your account, don’t worry. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll be happy to help. Your security is our top priority. That’s why we’ll contact you to confirm your request and verify ownership of the account. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as we’ll send messages from hello@goalifyapp.com. We aim to process your request within seven (7) business days.
